We work togeth­er on our suc­cess. We are strong team play­ers. Each and every one of us steps in when oth­er people’s prob­lems need to be solved at short notice. Sem­i­nars, work­shops and events out­side of our day-to-day work allow us to devel­op our skills and strength­en our team spirit.

Future Day 2024

For the first time in our com­pa­ny his­to­ry: On April 25, 9 curi­ous young peo­ple took a look inside our com­pa­ny. There were three sta­tions for laser cut­ting, sol­der­ing, exper­i­ment­ing with a ther­mal imag­ing cam­era and work­ing on the computer.

Our con­clu­sion: We are already look­ing for­ward to next year’s Future Day!

A look behind the scenes

Mod­ern work­ing and orga­ni­za­tion­al meth­ods help us to achieve our goals effi­cient­ly. In doing so, we do not for­get to reg­u­lar­ly ask our­selves: Are our meth­ods still the right ones for the spe­cif­ic task? Every project is indi­vid­ual. That’s why we don’t force our­selves into rigid corsets or blind­ly wor­ship the gods of a par­tic­u­lar project man­age­ment approach. Instead, we com­bine clas­sic and mod­ern approach­es in a way that makes sense to us.

Work­shop at an alti­tude of 1,320 meters: For four days, we devel­oped con­cepts for pro­duc­tion, mar­ket­ing, ser­vice and sales, gave pre­sen­ta­tions, drew up a roadmap for the com­ing months — and built mar­ble runs.

To recharge our bat­ter­ies, we took to the slopes from time to time. Hot duels at table ten­nis and table foot­ball were also a must, as was the par­ty in the cel­lar bar. And the jug­gling work­shop in the work­shop was also a hit!
